Thai Street Food
I made an order for a copy of David Thompson’s new book called Thai Street Food, which should be on its way in the mail sometime next week! Although I already cook Thai food at home, I am very keen to find out about David’s journeys and how he tackles and presents authentic Thai street food from a “farang” (foreigner to Thailand) point of view. David Thompson’s restaurant in London (called Nahm) is the first Thai restaurant to earn the prestigious Michelin Star, so this book should be an interesting read. His first book called Thai Food (which is rated as one of the top books by many) is already part of my ever-growing cookbook collection.
